Poetry Friday: Earth Speaks

EARTH SPEAKS

My
oceans
are dying.
My forests are
cut down or burning.
My systems are weakened,
and my glaciers are melting.
So many species are extinct.
How can I convince you to help me?

  3. Wishing there was a “clean” answer. You’re clear that it remains for all of us to step in. It feels as if it must touch people in personal ways. Thanks, Mary Lee.
